This is a neat video of Addison just before her bath yesterday.  It's about 7 minutes long.  We thought it was cute.  Grandparents will love it!

Tuesday, February 10

Okay, so it's been a while.  Not a lot new to tell you, but thought we'd share some pictures.  I don't know why we even bother buying toys.  Addison was crawling around the bathroom the other day while I was in the shower, and this is how I found her when I got out.  Starting early- I thought I didn't have to worry about this until she was a teenager!

This weekend we enjoyed the beautiful warm weather in Tulsa, and Wes decided to brush up on his tree-climbing skills.
The weekend before we went to Waco and hung out with the Jumper family for our extended family Christmas.  Yes, I realize it's February.  I guess we just like to party.  It was fun to see everyone and watch Addison play with her cousins.  We tried to get a good pic of the 3 of them, but she kept crawling out of it.  She's getting to be a fast little crab-crawler!

Saturday, Feb 7

Last weekend, we went to Waco to see the family.  We had a wonderful time.  Addison is seeming less like a baby and really turning into a big little girl.  It's pretty fun!

Monday, Jan 26th

As the ice builds up on our driveway, and the heat STILL out in our house, we take a moment to look at the brighter things in life.

Sunday, Jan 11

Being a little more mobile, Addison has gotten herself into a few predicaments lately.  I guess the nice thing to do would be to go to her immediately and help her out of it.  Instead, we like to laugh and take pictures first.
So we’ve been trying to sign with Addison off and on since about 6 months old.  We’d show her signs diligently for a while, and she’d just look at us like we’re crazy, or laugh at us.  They say she’s ready to sign when she waves bye-bye, which she’s been doing since the summer.  So, we’re on again for now, and the last couple of nights I’ve been showing her the sign for bath during bathtime, and tonight, SHE DID IT!  I couldn’t believe it.  I must have said the word “bath” a hundred times after that, and she loved showing me the sign.
