It's hard to believe, but Miss Addison is 8 months old now! She just gets to be more fun every day. Her pictures with the bear are getting more and more difficult to take because she won't stay still! She is so interested in everything around her lately. This week we used naptime to get stuff done around the house, and when she woke up she would always stare at the new pictures or mirrors hanging on the wall. She is also waving now. Not everytime we come or go, and sometimes when we're not coming or going, but she does it. And it's very cute. Grans came into town this week to help us get unpacked, and she and Addison got to spend some quality time together. Between that visit and spending a long weekend this weekend with Grammy, there's no hope of her not being "overindulged!"

Okay, so sorry this is so late in coming. We've been packing, moving, unpacking, working and fly fishing. (Does one of these seem a little out of place?) As for Addison, she's trucking right along. She's over 17 lbs now, a far cry from when we couldn't get her over 9 lbs. It's hard to believe that was just 4 months ago! She's started sitting up on her own now, and reaches for everything in sight. She's still loving any food we put in front of her (you don't get rolls like this by being a picky eater). Her other favorite things currently are the dogs and bathtime. Ever since she was born she's had lots of drainage and tearing from her eyes, and that has finally cleared! This is exciting because it is yet another surgery she won't need. We'll try to do better about getting pictures and updates to you in a timely manner. Surely we'll be through unpacking soon- especially with all the help we're getting from Addison.
